Contact our dedicated trade-in experts at 020 8064 0105 or send us a message through the enquiry form below. Our team will provide a quick and accurate quote for your golf clubs. To ensure a precise valuation, we recommend reviewing our Condition Guidelines, which help us assess the condition of your clubs.
2. Hassle-Free Returns
If you accept our quote, we’ll arrange an easy and cost-free return for your clubs. This service includes a FREE DPD or DHL Pick Up Collection Service, for £14.99.
3. Inspection and Voucher Issuance
Once we receive your clubs, our team will carefully inspect them based on the agreed condition. Upon approval, your trade-in will be processed, and you’ll receive an online voucher code to use toward new golf equipment, clothing, or accessories available at Online Golf Shop - In Store Golf Shop.
Condition Guidelines for Trade-In Clubs
- BRAND NEW: Unused, may include original packaging and stickers.
- EXCELLENT: Slight usage marks, barely played, minimal cosmetic wear.
- GOOD: Shows evidence of play but no damage, only light cosmetic wear.
- FAIR: Some cosmetic wear and minor marks but still in good condition.
- POOR: Playable but with significant wear, heavy cosmetic markings.
- UNACCEPTABLE: Not usable, extensive damage, missing parts, or severe wear.
What If the Condition Doesn't Match?
If your clubs don’t meet the stated grade, we’ll notify you with a revised valuation for approval. If the new valuation doesn’t meet your expectations, your clubs will be returned free of charge.
